What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very motivation. We have an open bullpen and everyone collaborates and supports each other. If one person wins, we all win.

I like that they are very supportive and motivating. If any individual wins, we all win and the leadership team makes sure that we are set up to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works very well together. We are ready to help each other at any given moment and our personalities and skillsets mesh well together. Everyone works very hard and we hold each other accountable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that they go in-depth with your background and ask you questions that will reveal how successful of a worker you are and will be in their environment. The CEOs are very easy to get along with and they make you feel important during the interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being able to do business development and talk to hiring managers about their roles and the technologies they work with. I love the opportunity to learn about a company, their platform and product and challenge myself to be able to sell that company to candidates.
