I don’t feel undervalued. I am directly compensated for my contributions to the company.

Self directed learning is a huge plus. Seeking feedback and constructive criticism would be beneficial.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've never had to ask for a raise and have been given many. I feel completely taken care of in this regard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open culture. People are themselves. There is no "corporate work face" and people are encouraged to share their opinions and input. You can influence the company direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is looking to improve themselves and genuinely cares about the success of the company and the owners. I have never worked with so many people so dedicated to the common goal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is thorough, personal, and has many stages. The team take great care to understand you as a person and asks many interesting questions which take you down different roads of conversation.
What makes you most happy at work?
We have the best clients in the world and we know our business well. I love closing deals. It is ultimately our pinnacle point of transaction after a long process and is very satisfying.
