Management team takes extra effort to find candidates that fit well with the team. everyone is personable, outgoing, and high in energy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders have an open door policy and are always available if you need help. In addition, they do not portray themselves as a boss but rather a member of the team like everyone else. If one is looking for a team with great management, this is the place to be.
