Non-accrual based PTO. I can take time off when it is necessary.
There have not been any significant salary increases or bonuses for the past 2 years. Also, mental health and family coverage for special needs are not fully covered. Also family medical deductibles range from 3k-6k which makes the perk of medical insurance almost asinine waiting for coverage.
