What do you like best about the leadership team?
Cool place to work. Best environment to deliver
The Good ones are giving us a vision and a roadmap to achieve it. The ones that are not meeting our needs are just giving us a state of the business with no vision and no roadmap on what we can do to get to the next step.
We are receiving a lot of mixed messages. I have faith in the vision, but am concerned about the execution to achieve it and the current turnover of VPs and Executives has that execution path in question of actually happening.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee Satisfaction by fair compensation, reward and recognition with career growth
Creating opportunities internally for employees to advance and grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical insurance and flex benifits
Non-accrual based PTO. I can take time off when it is necessary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There have not been any significant salary increases or bonuses for the past 2 years. Also, mental health and family coverage for special needs are not fully covered. Also family medical deductibles range from 3k-6k which makes the perk of medical insurance almost asinine waiting for coverage.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very productive and entusiayic team
We're all collaborative and invested in each others success. We are all a selfless bunch of professionals whom want the project/task to succeed more than anything else.
