Pay and bonus strucure for sure.
Family inclusion into the insurance program and ability to personally coverage as desired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For support staff, there is no connection between performance and pay.
If they would improve work-life balance, ie. implement more relaxed wfh policy
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can expedite the work process by dividing the work in the project and helping each other
All are self starters , eager to grow and focused on their work
Quarterly company meetings that allow for in-time feedback and company status on the complete company culture
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We just need to hire more capable people.
They are professional - but ineffective communication seems to be a consistent flaw
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Large family like atmosphere with tons of support.
Striving towards inclusive diversity, which is needed

Treat support people like people too.

I liked some questions about relationships between colleagues

They didnt really ask me anythjng.

Entrepreneurial atmosphere-work hard, do well by the client and be fairly compensated for your efforts

I wish someone would listen to the people in the trenches.
