What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We prioritize our wellbeing and treat one another with respect.

The company is still small enough that it doesn't feel like there are walls up around management and leadership. Everyone is accessible.

The work environment is fun and fast paced - we strive for excellence and when we make mistakes we learn from them quickly.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
