Not doing the work of three people for compensation that is a slap in face for one person.

better health insurance which is a disgrace in cost and quality for health care employees.

My team is small, everybody is amazing and professional, always helping each other
Many meetings are scheduled to boost employee engagement so you have to show up or seem disengaged. They end up wasting time and cause you to fall behind in your impossible workload.

Individual contributors go above and beyond what they’re supported to produc
The larger HMH brand culture
With over 30 years corporate experience, this is by far the most positive company I have worked for. People are professional, approachable, and do their best work.
Goals are clearly defined and shared out. There are plenty of opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
Change the structure for part-time employees. One manager for 300+ people is very ineffective
Realistic outlook on what the market wants and listen to customers
The interview process has drastically changes since I started working with HMH so I can't speak to the current process.
