What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to embrace AI.
They normally have Positive disposition
Respectful of time and high degree of trust which allows for autonomy; yet available and willing to guide or engage in troubleshooting. General tone is supportive and non-judgmental.
Leadership encourages sugfestions, feedback, and hold round-table discussions. People feel respected.

Value product development as much as pleasing private equity; hire qualified executives who nstead of over promoted salesmen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Options for additional benefits such as long term and short term disability

Fair balanced salary for secretaries
better health insurance which is a disgrace in cost and quality for health care employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many meetings are scheduled to boost employee engagement so you have to show up or seem disengaged. They end up wasting time and cause you to fall behind in your impossible workload.

The larger HMH brand culture
With over 30 years corporate experience, this is by far the most positive company I have worked for. People are professional, approachable, and do their best work.
Goals are clearly defined and shared out. There are plenty of opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the structure for part-time employees. One manager for 300+ people is very ineffective
Realistic outlook on what the market wants and listen to customers

The interview process has drastically changes since I started working with HMH so I can't speak to the current process.
