Over-promoted sales and marketing people led by private equity stooges does not result in quality product development. Get real leaders.
Value product development as much as pleasing private equity; hire qualified executives who nstead of over promoted salesmen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not doing the work of three people for compensation that is a slap in face for one person.
Fair balanced salary for secretaries
better health insurance which is a disgrace in cost and quality for health care employees.

Change the structure for part-time employees. One manager for 300+ people is very ineffective
