Ms. Semone Wagner Neuman has been Executive Vice President of Operations and Information Technology at HMS Holdings Corp. since December 2016. Ms. Wagner is responsible for the HMS' core operations, including the coordination of benefits service line. She has over 25 years of operations management expertise. Ms. Wagner's depth of experience in healthcare claims processing, coupled with her operational and reengineering expertise, make her an excellent addition to executive team. Prior to joining HMS, Ms. Wagner served as Senior Vice President of Claim Operations at Unitfed HealthCare (UHC), where she oversaw the operations for all business lines and major platforms processing over 500 million claims annually. Ms. Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She also holds an Executive Leadership Development certificate from Wharton.
