Best Executive Team. They care for us.
The leadership team is approachable and accepting of feedback from all levels of the organization.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear direction for the company and no mass layoffs.
A lot of changes and meetings happening all the time!!!! It used to be decision centric now it's a collaboration overkill
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They access our Market Value.
In addition to competitive base salary, we have an employee bonus program for salaried employees.
