I love the horizontal structure we have. Everyone at the firm is listened to and leadership knows how to engage with us pro-actively.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is accessible, and we all work for the best of the firm, not as individual agents.
I find that members of our team are thoughtful and high energy. Everyone wants to be here. Nobody is just here for a pay check.
The team is made of amazing, experienced young people who share a common goal and work hard to achieve. Full time employees and interns are great to work with. Everybody works really hard but still, the overall environment is extremely relaxed, which constitutes the perfect working environment for m
We have one of the best inner-team dynamics I know of. We're all young, passionate, and most importantly driven by the same vision.
Everybody works hard and puts in the same amount of effort, and everybody is super easy to talk to.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Global thinking, and ability to try new things at all firm levels.
Lots of interactions with successful senior management.
The work environment is fantastic. There is a lot of work, but it never gets stressful, due to the great and supportive team and leadership.
We're all process oriented. We have a culture guide and a personal user's guide to understand best how to work with one another. I love how opinionated we all are, which constantly drives intellectual debates in-house. We know how to listen to each other and logically go with the best idea.
The flexibility to work remotely is exceptional - part-time interns can work when and where they choose to and this is super helpful when studying at university.

Bigger office and more open space

Meeting with brilliant entrepreneurs who want to work with us
Seeing my coworkers, constantly learning about new technologies and companies and meeting incredibly skilled founders from around the world.
Leadership is highly ambitious. That's what keeps me most excited. The world is developing at a rapid pace, and HOF's mission is to be at the forefront. Knowing that we're building something big, and being part of a team that aspires to be #1 is something I'm extremely grateful to be a part of.
