They are real direct on what needs to be done. Safety is our number one priority. If there is any issues it gets addressed at every meeting we have. I love what I do and Im proud to be a member of holder construction.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Year end bonuses amd potential raises twice a year. Good opporunity for advamcement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like a family, people are friendly and willimg tonlemd a hand
Team building within departments, no micro managers - trust to get ones work done.
Everyone is on the same level and strive to keep safety at a high standard. Eliminating safety hazards and staying alert and constantly having meetings on everyday issues that present themselves.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everything seemed so positive and promising. Frim the contract offer I was told that Id most likely achieve, to the responsibility I was told to most likely be given
Multiple people with dofferent questions. Some were challenging.
Panel style interview - they allowed me to interview them as much as they interviewed me - to ensure I was the right fit and vice versa
My interviewer allowed me to speak on my professional background and history. I want rushed and I did not feel nervous or under pressure.

Bringing effective solutions to the table, seeing the fruits of the labor
Interacting with the team across the country. A lot of collaboration.
Knowing if I work hard and prove myself that I have a bright future.
Getting paid and working with a good team. Its all about teamwork. Work would not be fun if you didnt have good co- workers.
