What needs to change to make the company culture better?The commitment to positive culture change sounds genuine at the top, but does not travel through each level of management to reach the front lines. The crew are tasked with this culture mandate that their direct supervisors don't live themselves, and are bit held accountable for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Company is very large and the workers are just numbers to many departments. No matter how much good you do in one role, the managers there have no influence over anything else. Having new hires coming in with zero experience getting offered equal or higher salary? Slap in the face.
