Ally joined The Hollister Group, Inc. twice! The first time in 2002 until she was recruited out by her former employer, Randstad, to do an on-site gig at Genzyme. She quickly realized she thrives within a sales organization and that her true passion was developing new business and new sales representatives. Kip, our CEO, has such intuition, she reached out to Ally at the perfect time about an opportunity to build a new contract administrative team at Hollister. Ally accepted without hesitation and has never looked back. She’s now been with the team for over 18 years. Today, she leads all the business units and is passionate about growing leaders. Ally appreciates that Hollister has created the space for her to be who she is. She values the Hollister culture, which promotes self-expression and authenticity, and values that she can truly bring her whole self to work! Ally’s advice to talent is to seek out what you really want in a company, and to not give up until you find it!
