Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
comp structure feels low/unbalanced based on team, base salary low. Tech brings in high billing as the roles pay more, administrative and af roles bill lower. (1 tech placement bringing in $500-1000/wk recruit/coord compared to about $150/wk on average for an administrative role)

the salary is a bit below market, and the bonus structure needs improvement especially for temps with low bill rates

I think the competitive rates of my position are much higher. I think my base salary should be higher to retain someone in my position.

People have diverse opinions but work well together as teams and in support of the company's mission and values, which inherently encourage everyone to consistently check in with themselves about their goals and needs as individuals
