We have meditation with our CEO leading, so it's nice to spend time with her, but also, not feeling glued to our desks, mental health breaks are always encouraged. Balancing working from home and coming into the office is also nice

People want to help their colleagues be successful. It is not a culture where people feel like they need to knock someone down to get ahead. People know there is enough room for everyone to be successful.
Our Cultures division provides everyone with the tools to have productive conversations around anything that may arise. I feel that open communication is valued and encouraged by anyone in the company. I feel like I can have an honest conversation with the CEO!
Cross group relationships are strong and everyone seems to unite around a shared vision.
I can show up as my whole self unapologetically. There is a lot of understanding and compassion that we are people not just cogs working in a machine. I laugh at least once a day because my team has a great balance of work and play.
