Joining the Hollister Group has been the best career decision to date. I see a path that will allow me to grow professionally and even more so personally.

The flexibility and possibilities that could come of the day.

They value my input while explaining the "why" certain moves are made.

Employees are valued and celebrated as individual/people and not soley as a number.

The leadership team is open to feedback and is invested in the growth of the people of this company not just the business.

I genuinely look forward to working with my team. The diverse ideas and perspectives helps us approach any task with a good attitude.

I feel a sense of pride over the ownership and trust that has been bestowed upon me to complete my tasks and processes.

They live the values of the company and put action behind it so that every person involved in the company feels appreciated and heard.

I'm given the autonomy to organize my day in a way that works for me and the flexibility to maintain a work life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am treated like a person and not a cog. Work-life balance is stressed here and we all communicate consistently to help one another stay in a good space.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with makes logging on each day worth it. We can partner together to close the loop and ultimately help the candidates we work with meet their goals.

The open door environment established to provide feedback as needed has been a game changer. I do feel heard by our leadership team when I bring my thoughts and ideas to them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams I work with have great energies and treat each other well. There is a common understanding that we are all individuals and want to do our best in our roles and with the people we interact with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that my salary matched what I was originally hired to do. As my role has evolved I do believe my compensation should be changed. I have faith that the conversations will happen eventually to have this reflected but they just haven't happened yet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can show up as my whole self unapologetically. There is a lot of understanding and compassion that we are people not just cogs working in a machine. I laugh at least once a day because my team has a great balance of work and play.
