We value multiple approaches and points of view. We believe diversity drives innovation, so we’re building a culture where differences are celebrated.
We’re also seeking ways to grow our network of people, programs, and tools to ensure our pipeline is representative of the diversity within the community we serve. We are actively encouraging our recruiters to do the same, and to tap into a multitude of sources to access diverse talent to introduce to our clients who are hiring. We are simultaneously providing opportunities for individual and organizational learning about equity, inclusion, and diversity.

We welcome and encourage applications from people who are under-represented in their respective occupation or position.
CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion
Hollister joined the growing coalition pledging to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. One of more than 1,500 CEOs that have come together for CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, Kip Hollister is committing herself and our company to advance this crucial initiative.
This is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. As part of this commitment, we pledge to cultivate a workplace where diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected and where employees feel comfortable and encouraged to discuss diversity and inclusion. Part of the ways we do this is through implementing four key actions:
- Continue to cultivate workplaces that support open dialogue on complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion
- Implement and expand unconscious bias education
- Share best known—and unsuccessful—actions
- Create and share strategic inclusion and diversity plans
Hollister pledges to ACT ON supporting a more inclusive workplace for employees, communities, and society at large.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Education Committee
Hollister’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Education Committee is committed to bringing more awareness regarding DE&I topics in order to better serve our internal teams as well as our talent and clients. We meet on a monthly basis to discuss initiatives and ideas and host monthly micro-learnings to learn about DE&I topics such as: using correct pronouns, microaggressions, and unconscious bias. We are committed to supporting DE&I initiatives both within our company and throughout the community.
Conexión
Hollister is an immense advocate and sponsor of Conexión, and donates office space to their team at our Boston headquarters. The mission of Conexión is to develop Hispanic-Latino leaders into strategic and innovative executives who lead organizations that harness the positive impact of the expanding Hispanic-Latino presence and to create a national network of exceptional leaders. We are proud to collaborate with Conexión, host their events, and to offer their program to our own employees.
Diversity & Inclusion at Work Community Event
We are committed to supporting DE&I initiatives both within our company and throughout the community. Hollister hosted an event to promote workplace diversity and inclusion, called Diversity & Inclusion At Work. We brought together a panel of experts who shared their comprehensive insights and offered strategies on how to improve hiring practices and how to create a culture that is more reflective and inclusive of our surrounding communities. You can watch a highlight video of the panel here.
To allow for a more intimate session that focused on helping attendees create a tangible D&I strategic plan to bring back to their company, we offered a two-day workshop following the panel on the “How To” of D&I. We hosted this workshop in partnership with Susan Gordon, former Chief Diversity Officer for the U.S. Army, who was part of our panel event.
