What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to me and my team. They realiy care about us on a personal level.
Accessible, driven, inspired by the purpose
People oriented , but with bussiness sense.
They seem to be OK
Friendly and approachable. Needs more work to dismantle cliques and foster best-practices for communication in this digital age.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Professionality and fairness. Incompetent managers, pleaser of the directors and horrible micromanagemnt mentality.
Treating everyone the same. There is a lot of gossip and lies that get spread as a result of HR. HR violates ethic codes, privacy and HEPA laws.
Everything. Its all about them and the almighty dollar now

My direct boss was amazing. Everyone above them are awful and shady.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package is the only good thing.
The health insurance is wonderful!

Bonus and that's about it anymore
a good wealth salary, enabling me to support my family without fears in the future
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid less than the market average, and I do not receive any benefits or perks of the main building. The process to convert from temp to real employee takes forever. Would be nice if compensation kept up with cost of living.
If new management cared about you as a person and your career and didn't want to see you just produce or die

Presidents treat any one who is in a lower position as disposable and if you disagree with them will bully you until you leave in a passive agressive manner and Hr does nothing. If they try. They too get let go.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are all eager to help each other. Strong team environment exists but management does not recognize that they are not part of it.
Passionate, capable, fun and supportive of each other.
All hard workers, they should be compensated better too.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
You can't improve with some of the upper management in place. Mainly the plant manager and HR.
The coworkers are good for the most part but if you interact other than work its over
My team is so hard working but get badgered and belittled daily by the sales field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team oriented, creative, work life balance, Transparent, high morale and inviting
Team memebers will always answer others calls for support.
actually, the relations with my customers, the confidence and sincerity we share.
Nice people overall, there's a mentality of always trying to do better. But getting better without better compensation is not fair.
It used to be good. Now if you're not management forget it
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
replace leader ship team and stop paying them extravagant pay
Environment has become so toxic and all ELT have become the core to spread the negativity across the organization. They do not care about their employees in any way shape or form. They talk about engagement but its how they want the employees to be engaged not what the employees ACTUALLY care about.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The promise to new opportunities abd the flexibility
The process was easy as it was covid time workers were needed.
They got back to me within the same day.
Old management saw the potential in people.. not their flaws

Stop wasting money in executives
Change in management to care about the people that make Hologic possible
Division presidents need to go. People are leaving bc of them and they were the ones driving the business to success. Not the division and Hr president. Theyre destroying it.
