I am paid less than the market average, and I do not receive any benefits or perks of the main building. The process to convert from temp to real employee takes forever. Would be nice if compensation kept up with cost of living.

Presidents treat any one who is in a lower position as disposable and if you disagree with them will bully you until you leave in a passive agressive manner and Hr does nothing. If they try. They too get let go.
Coworkers are all eager to help each other. Strong team environment exists but management does not recognize that they are not part of it.

Environment has become so toxic and all ELT have become the core to spread the negativity across the organization. They do not care about their employees in any way shape or form. They talk about engagement but its how they want the employees to be engaged not what the employees ACTUALLY care about.

Division presidents need to go. People are leaving bc of them and they were the ones driving the business to success. Not the division and Hr president. Theyre destroying it.
