Holonis is committed to honoring the privacy of Our members and visitors. This privacy policy, part of Our overall Terms of Service (Terms of Service), covers personal information shared through Holonis.

This privacy policy applies to www.Holonis.com (the Site) and any app provided on the Holonis platform, owned and operated by Holonis, Inc. (Holonis, We, Our, Us). This privacy policy describes how We collect and use the personal information you provide on the Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding Our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

By using Holonis, including services available at the Holonis.com domains, you are using a service provided by Holonis, Inc. (collectively, the Service) and you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

Registration

The Holonis Service requires a Facebook, Google+, or Email login in order to provide you with a personalized account. During our account registration process, you will be entering another Site for which we have no responsibility or control. We will authorize your account, where we will also collect information including, but not limited to, an email address, your first and last name, cover image, personal biography, and profile picture. You must provide all of this information in order to obtain an account. Personal information is defined as information given or supplied to us that can be used to contact you or identifies who you are, such as your name or email address. We will never sell, lease, or exchange your personal data with third parties in ways other than described in this Privacy Policy.

Stripe Processors

Holonis uses third party payment processor Stripe to assist in processing payment information securely. By agreeing to these terms you are agreeing to Stripes terms and conditions and privacy policies as well.

PayPal Processors

Holonis uses third party payment processor PayPal to assist in processing payment information securely. By agreeing to these terms you are agreeing to PayPal's terms and conditions and privacy policies as well.

Server Logs

When accessing web pages on the Site, Holonis may log your IP address, access URL, time of access, geographic location, browser type, and referral URL in order to provide Us with internal information regarding site traffic statistics. This information may also be used to identify users who are using the service for spam or other activity that is deemed in conflict with Our Terms of Service. Otherwise, this information is used in the aggregate, and is never linked back to any personal information.

Comments and Social Media

If you post any Comments or User Content on the Site or post content through the various social media sites that we allow you to link to, you acknowledge that any information you share may be read, collected, or used by other users of the Site. We are not responsible for information you choose to post and we cannot promise that other users have not made copies of this publicly available information.

USE OF INFORMATION

Holonis collects information in order to provide you with a service that allows you to maintain an online presence. Various features on our Site will display your name, or adjust the date and time of events based on your locale.

Holonis also uses information to send out notifications (such as maintenance periods, billing problems, account expirations, and other items that may impact service). We also may use and disclose your information to our third party service providers in order to send you messages regarding new services or other products from Holonis. These companies are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

Information collected through our service logs is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding site traffic.

Hotjar

We use Hotjar on website (mobile and desktop) in order to better understand our users needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do anddon'tlike, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we will ever use this information to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual user. SECURITY

We store all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of industry standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place to help Us protect your data. However, no company, including Holonis, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk.

PERSONABLE IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Changing Information

All information that Holonis stores related to your account is accessible through your Holonis settings. You may use this interface to correct, update or delete your information at any time, and we encourage you to keep this information up to date.

Removing Information

To remove your personal information from our system, submit your account for deactivation. Allpersonal information will be removed immediately, though your actual login name will remain reserved on Our system until recollection.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements.

We will send you service announcements on occasions. If our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Aggregate Information

We share collected demographic information about Holonis users with our marketing partners. This information does not identify individual users or give any personal information. This information only shows statistics related to traffic and the geographic location. We also hold the right to share information that we gained from our users to third parties so they can help us better analyze user statistics.

Third-Party Advertising and Data

Holonis pages may include third-party advertising with the goal of providing the most relevant and useful ads possible. Specific ads may be delivered based off of various factors, such as the content of the pages, the app you are using, informationyou'veprovided, historical searchesyou'veconducted, websitesyou'vevisited, and topicsyou'vebeen interested in.

These third-party advertisers and providers, or the internet advertising companies that work on their behalf, may use technology to send advertisements that appear on the Holonis webpages or mobile application directly to your device. They may automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use cookies, Javascript, Pixel Tags, and other technologies to deliver advertisements, collect information about the effectiveness of their advertisements, and to collect anonymous information about your visits to the site, such as the number of times you have viewed and clicked an ad (but not your name, address, or other Personal Data).

Holonis does not, at any time, sell users' personal information to any third parties.

LOG FILES

We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer Sites, to track users' movements around Sites and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personal information.

We and our partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to analyze trends, administer the Site, tracking users movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis.

Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (the Agreement) is an agreement between you (the User) and Holonis, Inc. ("HolonisTM", "we", or "us"). By accessing the Holonis website and related web-pages, you agree to be bound by the terms described below. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use Holonis.

We provide Users with access to Materials (as defined below) to help our customers create and manage profiles (HolospacesTM) by providing general and personalized content, communication tools, mobile applications, and ecommerce tools and services (collectively, the Services) directly and through the website and associated domains of http://www.Holonis.com (the Site) and applications on the Holonis platform. By using the Site in any way you are agreeing to comply with these terms, our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or conditions or guidelines posted on the Site.

1. Our Service

All materials and services available on the Site, and all materials and services provided by or through Holonis, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, licensors or other commercial partners including, but not limited to, software, all informational text, software documentation, design of layout, images, photographs, graphics, audio, video, messages, interactive and instant messaging, design and functions, files, documents, images, or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted as well as all derivative works thereof (collectively, the "Materials"), are owned by us or other parties that have licensed their material or provided services to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. All Holonis trademarks and service marks, logos, slogans and taglines are the property of Holonis. All other trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans and taglines are the property of their respective owners. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein or as seen in the Holonis Brand Guidelines, nothing should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans or taglines displayed on Holonis without our express written permission or the express written permission of such third-party that may own the trademark, service mark, logo, slogan or tagline. Please read our Brand Guidelines for more information regarding the use of our trademark and copyright.

2.Rights to Use the Holonis Platform

Subject to this Agreement, Holonis hereby grants, and you accept, a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, license to access and use the Materials and Services, subject to complying with this Agreement.

This license does not permit you, and you agree not to: store, copy, reproduce, republish, modify, upload, post, translate, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transfer, transmit, display, decompile, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to discover any programming code or any source code used in or with the Materials or otherwise distribute in any way the Materials other than as specifically permitted by this Agreement.

3. User Information

You are legally responsible for all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials uploaded, posted or stored in connection with your use of the Services (Content). Holonis is not responsible for your Content or any actions arising from your Content. As such, Holonis is not responsible for any claims of trademark, patent, or copyright infringement arising from any Content that you post using Holoniss Services. Holonis is also not responsible for any claims of libel, slander, defamation, privacy, negligence and other tort claims arising from Content that you post using Holoniss Services.

By providing Content to Holonis, you hereby grant to Holonis and its licensees a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, transferable right and license, with right to sublicense, to reproduce, publicly display, distribute, perform, transmit, edit, modify, delete from, create derivatives works of, publish, commercially exploit, and use, such Content in all forms and all media whether now known or to become known in the future, including without limitation distributing part or all of the Content in any media formats through any media channels.

Holonis is not responsible for any Content that may be lost or unrecoverable through your use of our Services. Holonis reserves the right to delete any Content for any reason, without prior notice. Consequently, Holonis encourages you to maintain your own backup of your Content. In other words, Holonis is not a backup service. Holonis will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Holonis Services, or the loss of any Content.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Holonis Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) the posting and use of your Content on or through the Holonis Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any entity or person, and (iii) the posting of your Content on the Site does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of Content you post on or through the Holonis Services.

Holoniss Services may be supported by advertising revenue and Holonis may display advertisements and promotions, and you hereby agree that Holonis may place such advertising and promotions on the Holonis Site or on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.

4. Access to Other Accounts and Services

Some of our Services require you to give us access to or require you to provide login information and password information for accounts or services you may have with third party providers. By providing us this information or giving us access to these third party accounts you agree that you have read all written agreements and that you have all the necessary contractual and legal rights to give us such access and login information.

5. Comments and/or Feedback

Any questions, comments, suggestions, or other information provided by you to us (Comments) are not confidential and you hereby grant us, but is not limited to, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, perform, edit or use such Comments as we deem appropriate. Should you submit questions, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, or other original or creative materials (collectively Ideas) to Holonis you agree that you do so in a voluntary, non-confidential, and gratuitous manner. All Ideas submitted to Holonis become the sole and exclusive property of Holonis. Please do not send us Ideas if you expect to be paid or want to continue to own or claim any rights in them. While we appreciate your Ideas, we may have already had the same or similar idea and we do not want any future disputes.

6. Monitoring User Information

Holonis may, but is not required to, monitor Content on the Site or Holospaces created using our Services. Holonis, in its sole discretion, may remove, or require you to remove, any Content, in whole or in part, alleged to be in violation of this Agreement or our Content Guidelines . If Holonis has removed any Content, you may not publish any Content similar to the Content that was removed. Repeat violations will result in account deletion.

7.Holonis Rules

You agree to all of the following:

You hereby certify that you are at least 13 years of age (18 for ecommerce transactions--see Minor Protocol below). Individuals under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the Services unless we have verified parental consent in accordance with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA).

You will not use the Services or Materials for any illegal purposes or to conduct any illegal activity.

You will not use our Services to impersonate another person that you are not.

You may not send unsolicited messages to promote any competitor's website published on the Site.

You may not upload, post, or make any Content that contains, but is not limited to, software viruses, worms, or Trojan horses that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of Holonis.

You will not attempt to or actually override, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of our Services

You will not publish Content, or links to Content, that is against our Content Guidelines.

Spam & Content Manipulation

You agree that you will not:

Engage in any behavior that artificially inflates views, comments, likes, and ad revenue, whether automated or manual.

Encourage other users to interact with your content under false pretenses or with a goal of artificially inflating view, like, or comment counts in order to create trending content or increase monetization.

Create fake or misrepresented accounts and/or Holospaces manually or through automation, impersonating real or fictitious businesses, individuals, organizations, etc.

Create Holospaces and/or Subholospaces for the primary purpose of sharing and/or viewing content in order to manipulate the trending algorithms.

Use or share other Holonis Users account credentials or personally-identifiable information (PII)Post misleading or inaccurate information including, but not limited to, usernames, descriptions, tags, links, titles, or thumbnails in order to increase views, likes, shares, and/or followers on User Generated Content (UGC).

Restrict access to content by asking for likes or shares prior to viewing.

Use excessive numbers of #hashtags.

Holonis determines in its sole discretion whether or not an account has violated our Agreement. Violation of this Agreement may result in one or more of the following: account demonetization, loss of verification, suspension, deletion, and/or temporary or permanent bans from trending feeds. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may also report you to law enforcement officials in the appropriate jurisdictions.

8. Buying and Selling Through Holonis

Some of our Services may offer you the opportunity to sell or purchase goods and services (Commercial Products) through Holonis. We simply provide our Services for buyers and sellers to complete transactions for these Commercial Products. Commercial Products payments will be processed through our third party payment service providers Stripe and Paypal. By connecting Stripe to your account you are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. By connecting Paypal to your account you are subject to Paypal's User Agreement. Sellers and buyers of Commercial Products will be provided a notice directing them to Stripe or Paypal. You will then agree to either Stripes Terms of Service and Privacy Policy or Paypals Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. These payment services are governed solely by Stripe and Paypal.

We are not responsible for the actions of these third party service providers. As a condition of Holonis enabling payment processing services through Stripe or Paypal, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and to update such information.

In addition to the other rules and requirements described in this Agreement, you must follow the rules which are described below when offering, selling or purchasing Commercial Products. If item is not listed, you agree that Holonis makes the final decision if something violates this Agreement.

You may not offer or sell illegal or potentially illegal Commercial Products.

You may not offer or sell Commercial Products that infringe the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of another.

You may not offer or sell any Commercial Products that we, in our discretion, determine are inappropriate, offensive, pornographic, sexually explicit or violent.

You may not offer or sell any Commercial Products that are manufactured as, or primarily intended to be used as, weapons. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether Commercial Products constitutes weapons for purposes of this Agreement.

You may not offer or sell any Commercial Products that infringe or have the potential to infringe an individuals privacy or that may be libelous, slanderous or otherwise defamatory.

You also agree to that you will not use the Service to accept payments in connection with the following businesses, business activities or business practices, according to Stripes Terms.

You will undertake best efforts to deliver a product or service within five (5) calendar days from the date of sale unless specifically agreed upon by both buyer and seller.

Minor Protocol

Minors under the age of 18 years old are granted access to the use of ecommerce features (buying and/or selling) only with a parent or guardians permission and supervision. The parent or guardian is responsible for all of the actions related to the account. You can report an account if you believe the owner to be under the age of 18 and partaking in ecommerce features. In your report please include the Holospace URL and any documentation of contact you have had with them as well as your explanation of why you believe this account is being run by a minor. Holonis will then take the necessary further steps to make sure the account is being supervised by a parent or guardian.

Seller Protocol

In order to receive payment, Sellers on Holonis have 48 hours to change the status of their orders. For fixed-price goods, services, and Video Services, this requires changing the status from New Order to Processing. For Make-An-Offer goods, services, or Video Services this requires changing the status from Respond to Offer to Accepted.

If the seller doesnt change the status of the order within those 48 hours the buyer will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. Sellers should therefore be attentive to all emails and notifications in order to respond to order requests within the designated time frame.

For Video Services, both fixed price and Make An Offer, sellers have five (5) days from the time of order acceptance to fulfill the order. Holonis will notify the seller twice, once upon the initial purchase and once to provide a 24-hour reminder to change the status of the order.

The Make An Offer and Video Services are pilot programs and are only available to a select group of users. If you would like to be a part of the pilot program, please reach out to a member of our support team here.

9. Commercial Product Fees

You agree to pay the applicable fees listed below when you are using Holonis commerce service, if activated. These fees are subject to change at the time Holonis process a transaction and are deducted from the total collected funds prior to depositing the funds into the User's bank account.

Goods Fee: 8.5% + $0.30 per transaction

Service Fee:8.5% + $0.30 per transaction

According to Stripes Terms, Stripe handles all, but not limited to, disputes, chargebacks and returns. When initiating a return or chargeback Holonis is not required to refund any Commercial Product Fees that were earned during the transaction.

According to Paypals Purchase Protection, Paypal covers all eligible purchases where PayPal is used, as well as payments made through their website. To take advantage of Purchase Protection, they require, among other things, that PayPal accounts be kept in good standing and ask that a dispute be filed within 180 days of your purchase or payment. When initiating a return or chargeback Holonis is not required to refund any Commercial Product Fees that were earned during the transaction.

10. Taxes

You take full responsibility for all sales tax related to the purchase or sale of Commercial Products. You agree to be solely responsible and liable for the proper administration, imposition, collection, reporting, and remitting of all applicable taxes.

11.Termination

a. Services may be terminated by us, without cause, at any time,

b. Services may be terminated by you, without cause.

12.Errors and Access To Holonis

a. Services may be terminated by you, without cause.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all data and content within your Holospace. Holonis will not be held responsible for inaccurate information and any potential damages caused by such inaccuracies.

13. Social Media, Third Party Websites and Third Party Services

The Site may contain links to other websites owned by third parties ("Third Party Sites"), such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. When you click on any of these links, you are entering another website, which we have no responsibility or control. These links may grant you the ability to login to your accounts which are provided by third parties (Third Party Services) or to link accounts for Third Party Services to your Holonis account. Holonis is not responsible for any activity occurring within Third Party Services, even if logged in through or linked to a Holonis account.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of your use of any Third Party Service. By logging in or linking to these Third Party Services you acknowledge and agree to the third party providers terms of service. You also agree that in no way do we endorse or promote these Third Party Services.

We may use UXCam, which is an analytics solution. UXCam may record:Screens visited, Interaction patterns (such as screen actions, gestures: taps, scrolls) and Device details (Type, Version, Model, Operating System). We are using the information collected by UXCam to improve our app.

UXCam does not collect personally identifiable information and does not track your browsing habits across apps. For more information see Privacy Policy for Information Collected by the UXCam Service.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

HOLONIS AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, SECURITY OR ACCURACY OF THE SERVICE, HOLONIS CONTENT FOR ANY PURPOSE. THE HOLONIS CONTENT MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICE AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. HOLONIS AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND WITH REGARD TO THE SERVICE, AND THE HOLONIS CONTENT ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR USER ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO STATEMENT OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM HOLONIS IN ANY MEANS OR FASHION SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY AND EXPLICITLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

15. No Indirect Damages

16. Non-GA Services

From time to time we may invite Our Users to try, at no charge, Holonis products or services that are not generally available to all of Holonis Users. User may accept or decline any such trial at their sole discretion. Any Non-GA Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production or by a description of similar import. Non-GA Services are provided for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not supported, may contain bugs or errors, and may be subject to additional terms. NON-GA SERVICES ARE NOT CONSIDERED "SERVICES" HEREUNDER AND ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. We may discontinue Non-GA Services at any time in Holonis sole discretion and may never make them generally available.

17. Amendment

Holonis may update and change any part or all of this Agreement, including but not limited to the fees and charges associated with the use of the Service. If Holonis updates or changes this Agreement, the updated Agreement will be posted at https://support.holonis.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016379912-Holonis-Terms-of-Service. The updated Agreement will become effective and binding on the next business day after it is posted. When Holonis changes this Agreement, the "Last Modified" date may be updated to reflect the date of the most recent version. Holonis encourages User to review this Agreement periodically. No delay in exercising any right or remedy will operate as a waiver of such right or remedy or any other right or remedy.

By continuing to use Holonis after revisions are made, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. If youdon'tagree, you may delete your account or stop using Holonis.

18. Applicable Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Agreement and all Subscription(s) shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A. without reference to conflicts of law principles, and both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Diego, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Service or the Consulting Services. Use of the Service is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of this Agreement, including without limitation this paragraph.

19. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by: an act of war, hostility, act of God, or sabotage, electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage that is not caused by the obligated party; government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other license); or other event outside the reasonable control of the obligated party. Each party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect of a force majeure event.

20. Actions Permitted

Neither party shall be responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by: an act of war, hostility, act of God, or sabotage, electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage that is not caused by the obligated party; government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other license); or other event outside the reasonable control of the obligated party. Each party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect of a force majeure event.

Except for the breach of a partys proprietary rights, no action, regardless of form, arising out of or relating to this Agreement may be brought by either party more than one year after the cause of action has accrued.

21. Compliance with Laws

Holonis will comply with all applicable U.S. state and Federal laws in its provision of the Service, and its processing of User Data. Holonis provision of the Service is subject to existing laws and legal process, including Holonis rights and obligations to cooperate and comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to Users use of the Service or information provided to or gathered by Holonis with respect to such use. Holonis reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. User will comply with all applicable laws in its use of the Service.

22. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including without limitation the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in effect.

23. Entire Agreement

Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, this Agreement, along with any Holonis exhibit or addendum hereto constitutes the entire agreement between User and Holonis with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals and agreements, whether electronic, oral or written, between User and Holonis with respect to the subject of this Agreement.

24. Assignment

User will not assign or transfer this Agreement, including any assignment or transfer by reason of merger, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of its assets, change of control or operation of law, without Holonis prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

25. What if I see something on the services that infringes my copyright?

You may have heard of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the DMCA), as it relates to online service providers, like Holonis, being asked to remove material that allegedly violates someones copyright. Holonis gives you the ability to connect your PayPal or Stripe account to your Holospace. This allows you to both make purchases and receive payments on the platform, giving you instant deposits into your PayPal or Stripe account. Here is how to connect your PayPal or Stripe account:

Steps to Connect Paypal or Stripe to Holospace:

1. Click the two horizontal lines on the upper right corner of your Holospace

2. Select Apps

3. Select PayPal or "Stripe"

4. Select Connect to PayPal or "Connect Stripe"

6. Be sure to confirm your email that is connected to your PayPal/Stripe account in order to access your paymentsby logging into your email address and clicking the "confirm my email" button in the activate your new account email that you will receive.

5. Log in to your PayPal /Stripe account

6. Your Payment account PayPal or Stripe should then be connected to your Holospace as seen in your Shop on your Holospace and in "Apps" in your menu.

When creating a Post, Page, Channel, or eCommerce Item youre able to easily categorize your content by selecting one or more categories you believe relate to your content (i.e. health, travel, beauty, etc.). By choosing to categorize your content, you improve your discoverability within Holonis. Users will be able to find your content more easily and your content will appear more frequently within search results. Holonis will also be able to learn from your interests based on the type of content you create. You will start to see more tailored Holospace recommendations and content within your news feed.

Categorizing your content is one of the best ways to not only help grow your brand on Holonis, but it also enables you to have a better overall user experience. While categorization is an optional feature, we recommend utilizing it for the above benefits.

How To Categorize Content

Create a Post, Page, Channel or eCommerce Item.

Upload your content and tap Next.

Categorization options will appear on the next screen.

Select categories and subcategories relating to your content (i.e. health, travel, etc.).

You can select up to ten total categories including subcategories.

Before publishing youll also have the option to add the content to a specific Channel and/or share to your connected social apps.

To publish immediately, click "Publish" located at the bottom of the screen.

Select "Save as Draft" if you prefer to save and publish later.

About Verified Accounts

The verified badges on Holonis allow people to know that a Holospace of public interest is authentic. A verification badge on Holonis also enables an account to participate in ad monetization on Holonis.

There are five different verification badges: white for anyone who meets minimum qualifications, black for celebrities and household names, blue for influencers, purple for models and green for publishers. Refer to the chart below to understand the difference between each type of badge.

Holonis Verification Application Form

Verification badges will appear to the right of the Holospace name and next to the Holospace name in search results. The badge will always be placed in the same location on a Holospace.

Accounts thatdon'thave the badge next to their Holospace name but has a badge displayed somewhere else, for example in the cover image or about section, are not verified accounts.

Verified badges are applied by Holonis, and accounts that use a badge as a part of their profile picture, cover images, or in any other way that implies verified status, are subject to permanent account suspension or deletion.

Benefits of Verification

Why would you want to become a verified account on Holonis? A verification badge signifies (the) authenticity of your account. In addition, any user who completes the requirements and becomes verified can begin participating in our ad monetization program on Holonis. This means that you can make money off of the content you create and traffic you drive on your Holospace.

How To Get Verified

Verification is at the sole discretion of the Holonis team. We will be verifying accounts who complete all necessary requirements and have confirmed their identity. Verification is also determined by other factors, such as account completeness and policy compliance.

1. Click the blue + icon on the top center of the screen on web or on the bottom center of the screen on the app.

4. Add a Channel title and description.

5. Click the "+" button located below the about section to add Pages, Posts and eCommerce Items into the Channel.

6. To create a Channel for another Holospace you own, click your profile image located at the top of the Channel creation.

7. From here, select the Pages, Posts and Items you would like to add.

8. After selecting all the chosen content, click "Next" on the upper right hand side of the screen.

9. From here, select "Add a Category" to categorize your Channel. Be sure to select topics that are relevant to your Channel in order for it to be easily discovered.

11. Select "Share to Social Media" if you would like to share your Channel directly with your connected social apps.

6. To add photos, videos or embedded links on the web, be sure to click the "+" icon to the left of the story and choose the icon accordingly.

Seller Protocol

Sellers on Holonis have 48 hours to change the status of orders to Processing within their Orders Received to inform buyers they have received the order request. If the seller doesnt change the status of the order within those 48 hours the buyer will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.

Holonis will notify the seller twice, once upon the initial purchase and once to provide a 24 hour reminder to change the status of the order.

How It Works

The Make An Offer feature works similarly to bidding sites. If a seller has a product or service for sale with this feature, then as a buyer you can submit an offer to purchase the item. The seller then has 48 hours to either accept or decline the offer. Sellers have the ability to set a minimum price. Buyer's will be immediately notified if their offer did not meet the minimum and have three (3) offer attempts in a 24-hour period.

How To Create An Offer

The make an offer feature is currently only available to select sellers. See below for more information.

Begin by editing an existing product/service or creating a new one (to create a new item simply click the large plus sign and select eCommerce).

Once in the product/service creation page, fill out the necessary information asked (title, description, quantity, etc.).

You will find the option Make me an Offer below the pricing section, be sure to check the box next to the option.

Select the "Minimum Price" checkbox and add your minimum if desired. You will NOT be notified of any offers that do not meet your minimum price.

Complete the rest of the item creation, such as adding the delivery option, terms, and creating a story to go along with the item for sale.

Once you are done adding information about your item, select Publish in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

How To Accept/Decline An Offer

If someone bids on your product/service for sale (and meets the minimum price if you set one) you will be automatically notified via email as well as on Holonis notifications.

To view the offer simply go to the Holospace Menu (the two lines located at the upper right hand of your screen).

Select Selling.

Here you will find all of your orders placed. You can filter to view all new offers by simply selecting New Offers in the filter drop down.

You will be able to select Accept Offer or Decline Offer from the drop down carrot in the third column of the order information. Be sure to accept or decline within 48 hours, otherwise the offer will be canceled.

If you would like to negotiate a different price with the potential buyer, simply direct message them to discuss pricing.

What is Video Services?

Video services is an additional eCommerce option when creating a service to sell on Holonis. This feature allows you to sell a video as a service. Meaning, you can sell videos directly to users on the platform. This enables you to sell video shout outs, product reviews, and so much more!

How to Create a Video Service:

Follow these simple steps to begin making money off of the videos you create!

1. Click the blue plus sign located on the middle of the navigation bar.

2. From here choose eCommerce > Service

3. The first line on the next screen says, How will you deliver your service?. Youll find the Video Services tab located below this line. Be sure to click here to begin creating a video service.

4. From here, you can begin building out the service for sale. Be sure to include a title, description, add images, and choose your pricing.

5. At the bottom of the screen it allows you to upload a promotional video which can be displayed along with the service. This is an optional video where you can show an example of what kind of video the purchaser can expect.

6. Once you have finished adding all of the information to your service, click Publish in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

A Channel is a way for you to organize and categorize all of the content you publish on your Holospace. This includes all of your Pages, Posts, and eCommerce Items. Content with a similar theme can all be placed into a single Channel for organizational purposes (i.e. Fashion, Photography, Testimonials, etc.). Your audience can then explore Channels to find out more information on a certain category of content on your Holospace.

During the Channel creation process, you have the ability to include a description so your audience can know what type of information can be found in the specific Channel.

You can place an unlimited number of Posts, Pages, and eCommerce Items into a Channel. You can also add more new content into the Channel at any time. Once the Channel has been published, it will be displayed in your follower's feeds and on your Holospace.

Next Steps: How to Create a Channel

Put a face to the name...or a logo. Select a profile picture that tells your brand story and makes you recognizable to your audience. After all, first impressions are important!

Use a high-resolution image or GIF that is easy to see in a small space. Remember, tiny text and other elements will be lost in a small thumbnail-size image.

Desktop Instructions:

1. Log in to your Holospace

2. Click on the two lines in the upper right corner

3. Select your Holospace name. This will take you to your profile.

4. Click on the pencil button at the top of your Holospace. You will find this next to the three dots on the right.

5. Hold your mouse over the dark blue and white circle on the left and click on the camera button that appears. You will find this next to your tagline.

6. From here, you have the option to Select Files To Upload. This allows you to upload a saved image directly from your computer. You also have the ability to upload an image from any of the options on the left (Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Evernote, or you can search copyright free images from the web, take your own real-time photo, or upload an image by using a URL).

7. After selecting your image, click Upload on the bottom right corner once the image has loaded.

8. You then have the option to crop your image as a square or circle by using the Crop and Circle options on the left. Click and drag on the image to crop it as you wish.

9. Click Save when you are done and then Upload

10. Click Save on the top right one more time to add the new profile picture

Mobile Instructions:

1. Log in to your Holospace

2. Click on the two lines in the upper right corner

3. Select your Holospace name. This will take you to your profile.

4. Click on the pencil button at the top of your Holospace. You will find this next to your Views and Followers.

5. Click on Change Photo

6. You can then select from your phone gallery or take a real-time photo.

7. Click and drag the circle that appears to crop the image. When you are done, select Crop.

8. Click Save on the top right to add your new image!

These steps are vital to know, so you can add your personality to your profile. Its also a great idea to switch out this image on a regular basis to spice up your Holospace and keep your followers engaged!

Promoting Engagement

The better your content, the more people will read it! If you have long pages with too many ads and not enough content, readers will immediately bounce and you will lose potential ad revenue. We recommend the following when it comes to placing your ads on pages:

If you have a video that complements your content, upload it at the top of your page

If not, place an ad at the top of your page, before any content

Place no more than 7 ads in a page

Separate ads with at least one, preferably two or more content blocks (paragraphs of copy, images, videos)

The amount paid by companies for ad spaces on Holonis is driven by many factors, among them are the relevance/engagement of the content and the competition by various advertisers. However, many advertisers restrict ads when the content is of an adult nature. Here are some additional guidelines that will help you avoid demonetization (the reduction or complete removal of ad revenue from your pages) and maximize your revenue.

Advertisers tend to avoid placing ads on the following types of content:

How to Use Holonis 101

The Basic Features

Setting up your digital brand can be done in a variety of ways thanks to all the features available on Holonis. As soon as your profile is setup, youll have access to all the easy-to-use features on Holonis. Everywhere on Holonis you will see a big blue plus sign front and center. By clicking this plus sign it opens up the Create Menu. It is here that you can create Posts, Pages, Channels, and start your Shop.

A Post is short form, where you can share images, videos, and quick bits with your followers.

Pages work more for things like blogs or articles that provide larger amounts of information to your audience. You also have the capability to draft these so theyll be ready to publish whenever you feel theyll work best.

Set up a Channel to help you stay organized. All Pages, Posts, and items from your Shop can be added into Channels, which a specific categories you create. For example, if you sell apparel you can create Channels for Tops, Bottoms and Accessories, and then add the appropriate products into a designated Channel. This helps your make your content easy to find.

Your Shop will be the place where you can sell products and/or services to like-minded entrepreneurs. With just a few clicks of a button you can have an eCommerce store up and running.

Networking and Growing Your Online Reach

Working with other entrepreneurs is about more than buying and selling items from each other. Holonis makes it easy to find and connect with like minded individuals. For example, on Holonis you can explore the platform for great content, connect with other users, and tell your story all in one place. Also, by using Holonis simple to understand messaging feature, you can communicate with anyone on the platform, at any time. This makes networking easy. Your tagline appears underneath your Holospace name and is one of the first things people see when they check out your Holospace. You have 50 words to describe yourself or the purpose of your Holospace with your tagline, so its key to know how to edit it. Here are the simple steps to edit your tagline!

Editing Your Tagline on Desktop

1. Select the two lines on the top right corner after logging into your Holospace. (You can also click on the Pencil button when you are viewing your Holospace).

2. Select Edit Profile

3. Click on Enter Your Tagline and start typing (50-word maximum).

4. After you are done typing a catchy tagline, click Save

Add Profile Picture & Cover Image

Remember your profile picture and cover image are often the first things your followers see when viewing your account. These elements typically establish your audiences first impression of you and your account. Be sure that youre putting your best foot forward by adding these images to your Holospace.

Tip: the higher the resolution the better.

Reflect your niche:

Are you a business? Then consider using your logo/s.

Are you an model, actor, or working professional? You should then consider using your latest professional headshots.

Are you a hairdresser or makeup artist? Consider showing off your work.

Is this a personal account? Consider a selfie!

Update profile and cover images periodically to refresh the look of your Holospace as desired.

2. Add Social Links

Social links allow you to be found everywhere you are online all in one place!

Connect all of your social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

Do you have a blog? Connect your personal or company website

3. Add About Me Section

Introduce yourself to your followers on Holonis.

Be sure to add text, pictures, and even videos to make it more dynamic.

Try to answer these questions: Who are you? What would you like people to know about you? Why are you on Holonis?

4. Create a Catchy Tagline

A tagline allows users to quickly know who you are.

Have a slogan or catchphrase? What about a mantra you live by or favorite quote? This is the place.

Get creative!

5. Customize SEO

When in the Holospace edit mode, click the ellipses in the upper right corner. Here you can optimize your Holospace by adding a title and description, keywords, and category.

This is important! Categorize your Holospace by what type of persona you are portraying (i.e. business, person, community, etc.). Add keywords related to the account type you create to enable your Pages to index on search engines accordingly.

All done, now what?!

After these initial steps are checked off, begin filling your Holospace by creating content. How much? As much as you can! Gather and share all your best photos, create Pages about yourself, your brand, your story, etc. Organize the content you publish into Channels, so that your followers can easily find and view your content by categories. Have enough content on your Holospace that when someone checks out your Holospace they can get a clear idea of who you are, and what your brand is.

What is a Holospace?

A Holospace is your own dedicated account on the Holonis platform. A public profile that can be created by any person, business, celebrity, or influencer to promote themselves or products to fans, friends and followers on Holonis, to Search Engines, and other social media sites or apps.

These spaces are publicly visible online and anything created or posted like updates, links, photos, videos, pages or items are sent to their followers Feed. Anything you share from your Holospace, or other Holospaces to social media is also discovered on those fan and follower feeds, creating a wider opportunity to be found.

Each Holospace provides the tools and resources to operate and manage a comprehensive online digital strategy that allows anyone, and businesses to connect with and engage consumers or other businesses for advertising, marketing or cooperative purposes.

A Holospace does not replace your website, but can work in harmony with your online assets to optimize and enhance their visibility and potential to be discovered on other platforms or Search Engines. However, to be effective and get the most from your Holospace does not mean you have to use a website. Consider your space to be your own dedicated platform for anything web or mobile related.

The Holonis platform is essentially a network of Holospaces that are interconnected, allowing the free flow of information, data, media and transactions. Consider each Holospace to be your own personal dedicated operating system.

Posts. A post is usually a quick status update, a few thoughts, something youre currently doing, or someplace youre going for example. You can upload a photo or a video to a post, and you can also Embed links from hundreds of sources like popular news sites, video platforms like YouTube, and even other social media posts from say Twitter or Facebook.

Each post you make can be discovered by your followers on Holonis, and shared directly to connected social media accounts.

Pages.A page is a much longer piece of content that usually contains multiple photos, videos and other media, along with text or embedded widgets. Pages are designed to unleash your creativity by enabling you to give a voice to your passions with flexibility and automated optimization.

Tipalti is the payment processor that is used to pay out verified users participating in the Holonis Ad Monetization Program. It allows you to select between three payment methods PayPal, eCheck, and ACH.

Holonis is dedicated to the safety of our users data and information. We choose to partner with Tipalti as they are a global leader in payment processing. When will I be paid out?

Payouts occur on or around the 15th of each month to users who are payable. However, if you signed up on or close to the date of payments you will not be paid until the next payment period. Please note, there is a $1.00 minimum payout threshold, and revenue less than $1.00 does not rollover to the next month.

How do I know how much ad revenue I have made?

You can find your ad revenue earnings by clicking on the menu tab in the top right hand corner and then selecting Insights. You can then tap on Commerce and will be shown the amount of ad revenue you have earned. You can change the time frames by clicking the drop down arrow located next to Last 14 days. You have the option to select from 14, 30, and 90 days. This will show you the exact amount of money you have made during those time frames.

Where can I login again to my Tipalti account once I have created it?

Once you have signed up and would like to return to your account to view your information or track your payments please visit https://suppliers.tipalti.com/Holonis/account/login.

Need help finishing Tipalti account setup or unable to select payment method?

Once you have filled out all of the personal information including name, address, email, etc. click Next. You will then select a payment method option from the dropdown menu. Depending on which option you select you will be prompted to answer additional questions. If you are experiencing any technical errors such as payment methods not appearing, please submit a report here and we will assist you.

I got locked out of my Tipalti account because I made too many login attempts. How do I fix it?

If you receive a message stating you have been locked out of your account, please submit a request here.

Looking to delete your Holospace? The Holonis Team can do it for you. Simply follow these steps below:

1.Click the Holospace Menu located in the top right hand corner of your account.

2.Click "Delete Account".

3.Select "Contact Support" to submit a request to the Holonis Team informing us what Holospace you want deleted.

4.The Support Team will get back to you usually within 24 hours, but please allow a few days for them to process the request.

Changes To The White Badge (As of June 2019):

In our efforts to empower every individual to become verified and succeed online, Holonis has changed the white badge from business to verified. The white verified badge can now be obtained by any person who meets the qualifications below. Now, no matter ones niche, background, or activity prior to joining Holonis, with a little effort anyone can become verified and use Holonis features to build and grow their brand.

The Steps on How To Get Verified As A White Badge On Holonis:

Have 1,000 followers on Holonis OR have 50,000 followers on an external platform

Why would you want to become a verified account on Holonis? A verification badge signifies the authenticity of your account. In addition, any user who completes the requirements and becomes verified can begin participating in our ad monetization program on Holonis. This means that you can make money from the content you create and traffic you drive to your Holospace.

How To Get Verified

Verification is at the sole discretion of the Holonis team. We will be verifying accounts who complete all necessary requirements and have confirmed their identity. Verification is also determined by other factors, such as account completeness and policy compliance.

The ability to change your Username (URL) is not currently a feature that we offer on the platform. So be sure you choose the perfect handle when you join.

Its also important to know that the content you have been creating on your current handle has been indexing. This means if we do make it possible to change your handle in the future, you will have to start the entire indexing process all over with your new handle.

- The heart is a universal symbol that resonates across languages, cultures, and time zones. The heart is expressive-- it allows you to convey emotion and easily connect with people. So go ahead and show some love. Give as many s as youd like!

Comment - Comments are valued above s in terms of engagement because they take more effort to compose. When you leave comments, think carefully about the language you use. Make sure youre always on-brand, even if youre commenting on someone elses Holospace. Unless its on-brand to be mean (think Regina George), keep your comments positive.

Ifyou'veever had your favorite Influencer engage with your content, then you know the thrill your followers feel when you engage with them.

There are four types of posts: text-based statuses, images, videos, and embedded links. Youll be able to add text captions to any of the media-based post types, as well.

Create as many posts using as many types as you want! The more you post, the more youll show up on your followers feeds, meaning a better chance of growing your influence. Strategize posting by considering the times your target audience is most likely to be online.

Click the + button in the center of the screen on the web or on the bottom center of the screen on the app.

Begin writing to add text to the Post.

If you would like to embed a link, add a photo, or add a video, click the related icon.

To create a post from another Holospace you own, click the drop-down arrow to the right of your current Holospace profile icon and select the appropriate space.

When youre done, click "Publish" in the upper right-hand side of the screen.

How to Add or Delete the Links To Your Social Accounts

When your Facebook account is connected to your Holospace, you have the option to share content that is created on your Holospace to your Facebook account/and Pages. To do this:

Follow the steps above to connect your Facebook to your Holospace

Click the Blue (+) create button and select Post

After you create your Post, select the Facebook icon below the text box (be sure you are logged in)

Publish your Post(s) as usual and see the Post shared to both your Holospace and Facebook account/ Page(s).

Twitter

When your Twitter account is connected to your Holospace, you have the option to share content that is created on your Holospace to your Twitter account. So your two feeds flow as one. To do this:

Follow the steps above to connect your Twitter to your Holospace

Click the Blue (+) create button and select Post

After you create your Post, select the Twitter icon below the text box (be sure you are logged in)

Publish your Post(s) as usual and see the Post shared to both your Holospace and Twitter account/ Page(s).

*You do have the option to share Posts created to both your Facebook AND Twitter accounts*

Stripe

When your Stripe account is connected to your Holospace, your transactions on Holonis (products and services you sell or purchase) via Shop will operate using Stripe.

PayPal

When your PayPal account is connected to your Holospace, your transactions on Holonis (products and services you sell or purchase) via Shop will operate using PayPal.

1) PROGRAM. Partner understands that this is a trial program and the structure, reporting, and payouts can change at any time.

2) CONTENT. Partner agrees to comply with Holonis Content Guidelines and Terms of Service, as required for all members of Holonis. To Companys knowledge, the content provided by partner does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.

3) TRAFFIC. Partner may not use robots, spiders, auto-spawning browsers, auto reloading or any other method of generating artificial or fraudulent impressions or clicks. Partner may not send traffic from websites with adult content. Any violation of the above listed requirements will result in forfeiture of all payments and account suspension or deletion.

4) TERMINATION. Holonis reserves the right to terminate this agreement and access to the Program at anytime at our sole discretion.

5) MUTUAL CONFIDENTIALITY. The Parties agree to hold in strictest confidence and not to use, except for the benefit of the other party, or to disclose (sharing emails, posting screenshots, or releasing data) to any person, firm, or corporation without the prior written authorization of the other party, any Confidential Information of the other party. Confidential Information means any of the following: compensation terms, payout information, ad revenue, Companys proprietary information, technical data, trade secrets, or know-how, including, but not limited to, research, product plans, products, services, customer lists, markets, software, developments, inventions, processes, formulas, technology, designs, drawings, engineering, hardware configuration information, marketing, finances, or other business information disclosed to the Partner by the Company, either directly or indirectly. This provision shall not apply to publicly available information or information received from a third party without violating the terms of this Agreement.

6) INDEMNIFICATION. Of Company by Partner. The Partner shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, sub-licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns from and against any and all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, and/or judgments, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees and disbursements (collectively, the Claims) that any of them may suffer from or incur and that arise or result primarily from and third party claims.

7) NON-DISPARAGEMENT. Parties agree that they will not (nor will they cause or cooperate with others to) publicly criticize, ridicule, disparage or defame either Party or its products, services, policies, directors, officers, shareholders, or employees, with or through any written or oral statement or image (including, but not limited to, any statements made via websites, blogs, postings to the internet, or emails and whether or not they are made anonymously or through the use of a pseudonym). Parties agree to provide full cooperation and assistance to investigate such statements if either Party reasonably believes that they are the source of the statements. The foregoing does not apply to statutorily privileged statements made to governmental or law enforcement agencies.

8) RECONCILIATION. The Company reserves the right to review any account and reconcile payments based off monthly reports and insights at any time.

9) ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement, constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive statement of the agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any and all other prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the Parties.

10) HEADINGS. Headings used in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to construe meaning or intent.

When creating any asset (whether a page, a post, a product or service, profile image, username, or cover image), do not create it in a way that:

Implies Holonis partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement

May confuse a user to think there is an affiliation

Makes the Holonis brand the most prominent

Puts the Holonis brand in a negative context

Holonis and Holospace should be capitalized. Don't modify the names, translate using non-English characters, or replace pieces of words with the Holonis Logo. Please note the following pronunciations:

If you signed up for Holonis using Facebook

If you signed up for Holonis using Facebook, the email address you created your Facebook account with is the email you will receive Holonis emails to.

If you signed up for Holonis via SMS

If you originally signed up for Holonis via SMS and want to receive Holonis emails, please be logged into your account and click the menu bar in the top right hand corner and select "Chat with Us" and request to have the email you receive marketing emails to be changed.

Change your email?

At this time, you are unable to change your account log-in email that was used to create your account.However you can change the email address to which you receive Holospace Shop transaction emails and our marketing emails.(Please note you will still sign in to your account with your original email)

If you want to receive Shop transaction emails to a different email that you didnt use to create your account, follow these steps only available on web:

1. Click the menu bar in the top right hand corner.

2. Scroll to Settings.

3. Under Account you should see Change Basic Account Settings

4. Enter in the new email you wish to receive emails and notifications to.

5. Save Changes.

If you want to receive marketing emails (such as our weekly newsletters) to a different email then the one you signed up with, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account

2. Click the menu bar in the top right hand corner

3. Select "Chat with Us"

4. Request to have the email you receive marketing emails to be changed.

Steps to take when your order is not completed (As A Buyer)

Transactions on Holonis occur between the buyer and seller. If for some reason an order is not fulfilled/ you do not receive the item you have purchased on Holonis, we instruct you contact the seller directly.

If the seller fails to respond to you in three business days, or have indications of fraud, please contact [email protected] and we can investigate further.

Youve customized your Holospace, and youre ready to actively build your influence. In addition to getting found organically, you can actively share your Holospace.

How to share your Holospace:

Option 1:

Log into your Holospace.

Click the two lines in the upper right corner to open your menu (if you have multiple accounts linked, make sure youre on the account that you would like to share).

Click the arrow icon.

Choose your desired channel to share your Holospace (URL).

Go to your Holospace.

Click the three dots icon on the right side of the cover image.

Select Share.

There are many benefits to following other accounts on Holonis. Heres a few reasons why you should begin following accounts now:

1. Ability to view/consume awesome content directly on your feed

When you follow someone you will now get their content in chronological order in ur feed.

2. Build your network and increase your own following

People tend to follow back, so by simply following other account that you are interested in, you can actually help grow your own following.

3. Meet new people

One of the best ways to get to know someone is to follow them on Holonis. Get to know new people and meet new friends by engaging with fellow users on Holonis.

4. Gain access to exclusive content on private accounts.

Want to view someones content but their account is private? The only way to gain access to that users content is to request to follow them!

How to Follow/Unfollow Someone on Holonis:

To have content from a Holonis appear in your feeds you would follow their account. To do this, you simply press the follow button on that persons Holospace (lower right corner of cover image).

If the Holospace you wish to follow is public, the Follow on the button will change to Following, signifying that you are now following that specific account.

If the Holospace you wish to follow is private, the Follow button will instead read, Requested. Meaning that person has been sent a notification that you are requesting to follow their account, and their decision to confirm or delete is pending.

If the person chooses to confirm your request, you will then be able to view their Holospace and their content will begin to appear in your feeds.

If you decide you no longer wish to follow an account, you have the ability to unfollow that account. To unfollow an account, click the button that reads Following on their Holospace and see as it changes back to Follow.

To view the full list of the accounts you are following and the accounts that are following you:

Go to your Holospace

Click on (#) Followers on the left hand side of the pencil icon button on your cover image.

Your follower menu will then appear. From here, you will be able to view a full lists of followers and following by selecting the list you would like to view. You have the ability to search through these lists using the search bar at the top of the page, to find followers or accounts you are following more easily. You also have the option to unfollow accounts you no longer wish to follow here.

How to Change My Password- When you're logged in

1. Click on the two lines on the top right corner of your Holospace

2. Scroll down and select Settings. If you are on mobile, select Change Password

3. If you are simply changing your password, type your Current password under Change, set or recover a password

4. Type your new password under Password and then again under Confirm password

5. Select Save Changes. If you are on mobile, select Save password

How to Reset My Password-Forgot Password (Desktop)

1. From the sign in page select continue with email

2. Enter the email address associated with your account

3. Click on Reset password

4. Click on "Reset Password" again confirming Holonis will send you an email to reset your password

5. Check the email linked to your account and click on the link in the email to reset your password.

6. Type in your new password under Password and again under Confirm password

7. Click Next when you are done

How to Reset My Password-Forgot Password (Mobile)

1. If you are trying to log in and forgot your password, you will see a Reset Password button underneath the space to type in your password.

2. Confirm your Holospace email and then click Reset Password

3. Check your email and click on the link to reset your password

4. Type in your new password under Password and again under Confirm password

5. Click Next when you are done

As with Posts, youll be able to add your Pages to Channels. This is just another step in improving the user experience and making sure your target audience finds the things you want them to find on your Holospace.

Group Pages and Posts that share a similar theme together. Add a description of the Channel. Publish it to your Holospace, and it will also display on your followers feeds.

The simple answer is NO. Holonis is free of charge to download as an app and free to use on the web.

The only time you would be charged on Holonis would be when purchasing products or services for sale on the platform.

Changing the status of an order is a very important step when selling on Holonis. A sellermustchange the order status from to "Processing" in order to be paid out for the purchase.If the seller doesnt change the status of the order within 48 hours it will be cancelled. You will receive a notification and email when an order has been placed and again as a reminder after 24 hours.

Steps to Change Order Status

1. Log into your Holospace.

2. Go to the Holospace Menu by clicking the two lines in the upper right corner

3. Select Selling

4. You will be presented with your Orders Received here. The status of each order is seen under the Status column.

5. Click the dropdown carrot located in the colored box from the order status you wish to change.

6. Select the preferred order status option from the dropdown list.

7. Status order will now be updated.

You can use thesearch bar located at the top of the screen to find specific orders or customers.

How to Place an Ad on a Page

Steps:

Click the blue create button +

Select Page

Click tell your story

Click the + on the left hand side.

Select the horn Ad icon.

Wherever you select this icon, a grey spacer as will show up indicating that there will be an advertisement in that space when the Page is published. An ad will appear when you publish the Page.

After placing an ad, you can continue creating your Page- insert content: Text, images, videos, embedded content, etc. And place another ad.

Repeat this process 4-7 times throughout your Page.

Click Publish at the top right to begin monetizing!

IMPORTANT: Creating Pages that are overloaded with ads or only have ads and nothing else will negatively affect your Holospace. This type of activity will deter your followers from consuming your content and may jeopardize your ability to place ads in the future. Your access to ad monetization can be revoked at any time if you are placing ads irresponsibly or breaking our terms and conditions.

Currently only are able to place ads on the Pages they create. By placing ads within your content, you are able to make money every time a visitor views and scrolls through your content.

How to View Revenue:

Click the two grey lines at the top right corner on your Holospace

Select Insights from the menu

Select Commerce from the menu at the top of the page. Your ad revenue will be listed at the top of your Commerce page.

When you purchase an Item on Holonis, immediately upon purchasing, the screen will display that your checkout is complete and will show your order number for the purchase. To view the status of the order you will have to go to your buying menu or email.

Viewing the Status of an Order (Via Menu):

Log into your Holospace

Go to Menu by clicking the two lines icon in the upper right corner

Click "Buying"

View the status of your order(s)

Note: If you have multiple orders in your (Orders Placed) buying menu you can use the search bar to search by order number.

Viewing the Status of a Shipped/Pick-up Item (Via Email):

One of the powerful tools on Holonis is the ability to optimize your Holospace for search engines. Holonis allows you to customize your SEO to help you rank higher for the keywords related to your or your business. Follow these simple steps below to customize the SEO associated to your Holopace.

Updating Via Web

Go go the Holospace menu in the upper right hand corner, and select the Holospace you want to update.

Select the pencil icon located in the bottom right hand corner of your cover image.

Click the ellipses (three dots) in the upper right hand corner of the page.

From here you can update your search title and description, add important tags relevant to your brand, and update the type of account you have.

Once completed, select Save.

Updating Via Mobile App

Go go the Holospace menu in the upper right hand corner, and select the Holospace you want to update.

Select the pencil icon located at the bottom right hand corner of your cover image.

From here, youll find SEO as the last option in the Holospace Options. Select this to edit your search title and description.

Additionally, you can add add important tags relevant to your brand and update the type of account you have, which you can find as additional options.

Once completed, select Save.

Edit your SEO title and description so that people whofind you onlineknow what you're all about.

Updating Via Mobile App

From here, youll find SEO as the last option in the Holospace Options. Select this to edit your search title and description.

Go to the Holospace menu in the upper right-hand corner, and select the Holospace you want to update.

Select a cover image that furthers your ability to connect with your audience. This might be a stylized photo that represents your personality, brand or product. It might be a subtle advertisement that draws attention to your products and services. It could be something totally different. The key is to focus on how and what you would like to represent your audience.

Optimize your impact by designing the image for space, 2000 x 800 pixels. Make sure image elements are easy to see on a small phone screen.

Feel free to update this image often.

Desktop Instructions:

1. Log in to your Holospace

2. Click on the two lines in the upper right corner

3. Select your Holospace name. This will take you to your profile. Click on the pencil button at the top of your Holospace. You will find this next to the three dots on the right.

4. Select the image button that appears on the top right of the page

5. From here, you have the option to Select Files To Upload. This allows you to upload a saved image directly from your computer. You also have the ability to upload an image from any of the options on the left (Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Evernote, or you can search copyright free images from the web, take your own real-time photo, or upload an image by using a URL).

6. After selecting your image, click Upload on the bottom right corner once the image has loaded.

7. You then have the option to reposition the image as youd like by clicking and dragging the image that you loaded. Select Done onceyou'vepositioned the image.

Mobile Instructions:

1. Log in to your Holospace

2. Click on the two lines in the upper right corner

3. Select your Holospace name. This will take you to your profile.

4. Click on the pencil button at the top of your Holospace. You will find this next to your Views and Followers.

5. Select the camera button that appears on the bottom right of the page. You can then select from your phone gallery or take a real-time photo.

6. You then have the option to crop the image as youd like by clicking and dragging the image that you loaded. Select Crop onceyou'vepositioned the image.

7. Click Save when you are done.

Thats it! Those are the simple steps to change or add a cover image to your Holospace. Now go out there and find the best image to showcase your personality and brand!
