Executive Bio

Christian is Chief Customer Officer for HomeX and leads our Customer Solutions Specialists. This team operates 24/7 in support of customers in multi-channel environments and advocates solutions in the home comfort services field.

Christian leads design, delivery, vision, and execution of customer service strategies. Prior to HomeX, Christian was Director of Customer Service and Trust and Safety at Kijiji Canada, where he facilitated trusted connections between site users by employing risk management operations, customer care operations, and outreach community relations. Earlier, he was Head of Customer Service at eBay Canada, where he launched and managed a customer care and trust and safety team following the introduction of a French version of eBay.ca in Canada.

Christian has a MBA in Management and Finance from Université Laval and a Bachelor’s of Commerce from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Chambéry. In his free time, Christian enjoys running, biking, and hiking.
