What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good people wirh a solid vision
Team oriented, help me, smart and hard working
No micromanging, I get to choose my own schedule and projects. If I have any challenges I know I have a great leadership team to talk to.
The leadership team is phenomenal. They all work with you and for you, not against you. They want to see you succeed and grow which is a beautiful thing
The full team is super approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent and diverse benifits program
Stock Option program is good
Health insurance benefits are great.
Everything about it is awesome! From salary, to benefits to stock to bonus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The support i have from fellow coworkers
Support each other and hard workong
If I'm ever stuck I know I can ask my team for help.
We are all here for one another, we support one another, help wherever we can. My team is fantastic!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly amd results oriented. Positive values.
Everyone is always willing to lend their knowledge.
everyone is super helpful and friendly
Open, transparent, friendly people, work hard play hard, clear vision
Work/life balance and the flexibility.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They should focus more on the clients needs and worry less about price gouging every nickle out of the average homeowner. There's ways to be profitable without being ridiculously greedy

Quick feedback and meet lots id people.
Interview process was quick and easy. I've had interviews take months, not the case here. My time was respected.
I appreciated the transparency around the interview process and everyone I talked to was very friendly and approachable.

They will hire anyone with a pulse as long as they are a yes man with no ethical liability
