Hone was founded in 2017 and its current CEO is Tom Griffiths. Since its inception 9 years ago, Hone has grown to 65 employees.

Hone is the all-in-one live learning platform for modern teams. We are moving the world from legacy corporate training solutions to a new model of learning that is inclusive, scalable, engaging and effective. We combine the depth of live human connection with the power of technology to create a next generation, continuous learning experience that customers love.
Since we are a remote-first company, our carbon footprint is very low, or virtually non-existent. We are entirely digital so no trees were killed to fill out this form (or to get our every day work done!)
We celebrate Earth Day and World Environment Day by encouraging Honies to get outdoors and pick up trash, beautify their neighborhoods and follow reuse, reduce, recycle ?? principles in everything they do!
We frequently donate to important causes such as those that support under-represented groups and women in technology, and we have recently made a substantial donation to UNICEF in support of Ukrainian refugee children. We are also launching a free "Hone Your Skills and Learn Anything Better" course that will be available on YouTube to anyone who wants to hone the learning and retention skills better.
