What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not threatening other employees, not screaming at employees not sitting in the office all day and refusing to help when asked while on the clock. One person will be doing all the work while the other stays in the office. It's an extremely toxic place. I've reached out to my boss with no results

New manager he leaves workers alone all the time and steals hours from employees
Respecting coworkers, leadership skills , honesty , integrity, time management
Making sure store managers treat hourly employees right. Make sure that they are violating any labor laws or making OSHA violations. And if they are reported they need to pursue the cause so they can fix it rather than just sweeping it under the table.

Others on the team make more for the same position
No paid PTO for associates , only paid time off for GMs & Store Sups
Being maxed out in pay theres no where to move or go up from there. Fast food places here are starting employees at what im maxed out on.

I was promised a raise and multiple promotions. I was trained and preforming all duties for months with no compensation. My managers a training manager yet regular employees are training managers and new employees while the g.m gets all credit for not actually doing the work.

Actually working... it's not a matter of working together it's just having people actually just work in general. The only other person who works a great deal of the time is also not paid for doing manager work daily.

Well allowing current employees to interview for promotions would be a start
I didnt even get an interview. I was told its so hard to find employees that they are just hiring everyone interested. I did not go through an on boarding training that i have seen other employees go through.

the employers need to have more care and the gm needs to stop sitting in the office spying on us all and help out
This store needs a new store manager and the ethics needs to be fixed. If Lesie doesnt like someone she does everything she can to make them feel like shit until they give up and just leave.

The parent company I like a lot and in general the business is one I could see myself working in. However, the way my location is run is not so great so that makes me feel some type of negative way about it.
