All I did was apply and there was no interview beyond being asked if I can work everyday
What do you like best about your company?
The parent company I like a lot and in general the business is one I could see myself working in. However, the way my location is run is not so great so that makes me feel some type of negative way about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel move valued if they paid better but more so if they made sure we were paid for all hours we work as well as missed breaks and lunch periods in the busy season. They say they do but they don
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure store managers treat hourly employees right. Make sure that they are violating any labor laws or making OSHA violations. And if they are reported they need to pursue the cause so they can fix it rather than just sweeping it under the table.
