What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is one of the most transparent I've ever worked for. For example, after board meetings, our CEO Oz goes through what was discussed with the board.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly, we have internal parity with our pay and equity, and we have generous benefits.
Equity! Also, employees get a food stipend and Lyft credits to get to the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard, collaborates, and I genuinely enjoy working with them.
I appreciate how everyone on my team is a true expert in their domain.
I work with smart, talented individuals who love what they do.
We have a really strong recruitment process that attracts a high caliber of candidates to the company. As a result, I have the privilege of working with some incredibly talented colleagues and I love working with and learning from them every day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People work hard, but are generally kind and optimistic about the work we are doing and their day-to-day contributions.
We're a very values-driven organization. I feel like when I have a concern, I can safely raise it to my manager or department leader and feel heard.
HoneyBook champions a culture of connectedness. No matter where employees are located, the company does the utmost to ensure people feel welcome, seen, heard, and valued.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters at HoneyBook are some of the best I have ever worked with in my career. They are genuinely caring, knowledgeable, and ushered me through the processes with ease and care.
How attentive the recruiter was to my needs as a candidate.
The recruiter prepped me prior to each interview. I felt like I had a good understanding of what I needed to prepare and do to have a successful interview.

My coworkers and when I have autonomy and ownership over what I do.
Being able to do what I do best, grow my career, and work with peers that I admire and respect.
