They are almost blind to anything that isn’t perceived as in their best interest
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid sick days. Not being forced to use your vacation days if you are sick. The pay for temp line associates has been raised almost 5$ since I started. Pay for management is stagnant.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication on any level besides getting political & cc'ing 6 people because you didn't get your way when you snapped your fingers. There is absolutely no semblance of planning - people that do the actual work are never consulted on huge changes & then berated when their performance tanks
Colleagues lack a sense of teamwork.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More respect and comunication between members
Hire an aggressive and HONEST management team.
Focus more on people and less on policies and politics
