Paid sick days. Not being forced to use your vacation days if you are sick. The pay for temp line associates has been raised almost 5$ since I started. Pay for management is stagnant.

Communication on any level besides getting political & cc'ing 6 people because you didn't get your way when you snapped your fingers. There is absolutely no semblance of planning - people that do the actual work are never consulted on huge changes & then berated when their performance tanks
