They are almost blind to anything that isn’t perceived as in their best interest

Paid for over time, salary non-exempt
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Was worth way more than they kept me to be, only family members and close friends benift
Paid sick days. Not being forced to use your vacation days if you are sick. The pay for temp line associates has been raised almost 5$ since I started. Pay for management is stagnant.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, but some are out to get you
We have one another back
Eager to learn. Positive attitudes. Good and frequent communication.
All nice people, pretty laid back

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication on any level besides getting political & cc'ing 6 people because you didn't get your way when you snapped your fingers. There is absolutely no semblance of planning - people that do the actual work are never consulted on huge changes & then berated when their performance tanks
Colleagues lack a sense of teamwork.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We care about the safety and well-being of our team of production workers. We treat each other with respect. We support each other and have good communication.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More respect and comunication between members
Hire an aggressive and HONEST management team.
Focus more on people and less on policies and politics

Someone looking for talent, instead of family or friends

Doing my job in such a way that exceeds the expectation of my manager.

Customers should be on a pedestal.
