Listening to those who may not be in a manager position, but clearly see and know where the issues are and promote from within in and stop being racist and hire more black people in management.

Hire more qualified help screen who they are hiring and not just hire to fill the seats.

The people that’s in place needs to be replaced. The director of transportation and the operations manager of transportation are the two that is bringing the entity down. Neither one knows what they are doin
