It is fair at least
Health insurance and 401 k
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation woukd be fair if the workday was not 16+ hours long.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team members are great. come in and work. get done what needs to get done and make their way home.

The floor associates are willing to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Realistic expectations, basic kindness, understanding that employees are human.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At least they read my resume. Although they continuously forget the experience I bring to the table.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What isn’t going wrong? There is not process. The policies contradict the direction given by the people who wrote and are expected to enforce the policy. They pick and choose what rules apply to who. They are vindictive and retaliator
