What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team sends a consistent message and leads towards attainable goals
They are personable and nice
At the topmost levels they have an attitude of leading and working with staff, not hindering staff
Consistent expectations and few distractions.

We should be paid more. $15/hr is too low

The company frequently hosts events and does little things to make employees understand our value
Every wants to be part of a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More compensation for tenured employees. Been here over 15 years and I make a few bucks more than new hires

It was a fair and expeditious process
It did not have questions that were irrelevant or have canned questions.

Questions were asking for consultative advice

I genuinely enjoy interactions with customers and the products we create
