Horizon Hobby – Customer service access is at chats & email and a "we will get back to you within 48 hours". Then you express your issue. Another "48" hours . Have issue since August with chat saying you need to send in your transmitter. Service after rcvng my transmitter said no issue and returned to wrong adress.
