What do you like best about the leadership team?
positive outlook, friendly, fair, innovative
they listen to all ideas and act on ones that make sense for the company
They are there for support if I ask but basically let me do things the way they need to be done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Cooperation , most independent. And dont get along
What is the best part about your compensation package?
thy give us matching 401k an good vaction package
It is a great way to be able to care for my own son in our home and still support my family.

The best things are that they have diverse knowledge, different abilities.

I'd say nothing we all work well

that every one gets along and if thees a problem people want to help
Being allowed to have my sons care at our home.

I think the manager would better help
What did you like most about the interview process?
interviewing is never easy, but at least they were friendly
The best thing that it was remote. There were three level of interviews so I was able to see and hear three different perspectives.
They listened and gave me time to tell about me and where id like to go with company

What makes you most happy at work?
feeling part of a good team and positive culture
Being able to make decisons independently, knowing that I have the support from my manager. Flexible arrangements to my schedule when necessary.

I get to be home and know my son is safe.
To see everyone's mood which makes me happy
