Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Iv been here for 8 years my yearly evaluation i meet all areas expectations. And been only getting . 20 cents a year. Not even covering the cost of living. And my insurance goes up every year too. And some of the maintenance here do nothing more than janitor work and make more money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Unity is the best things of my company .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just doing what they are getting paid for. Maintenance,work orders. Monthly P.M.S

Nice culture and environments are there in my company.
