Executive Bio

Bobi is a seasoned executive, serving both public and private institutions for over 20 years. She is the former Chief Enrollment Officer for Concordia University where she was responsible for new student enrollment representing 94% of total revenue for the university. She’s developed university-wide enrollment strategies, marketed new programs, including a new law school, engaged financial leveraging models, managed compliance of third-party vendors, and served as an enrollment consultant. During her tenure, she centralized all marketing and recruitment efforts to include undergraduate, post-traditional, graduate, law school, and financial aid. Bobi also served as Associate Director for WSU’s branch campus in Vancouver. Bobi made a strategic career move accepting a position with HotChalk, with whom she has worked on the university side since the beginning of the HotChalk organization. She now leads the development of innovative partnerships promoting education throughout the PNW.
