Heidi is celebrating her 8th year as an enrollment leader at HotChalk. She’s a seasoned enrollment professional with experience at all levels of the enrollment organization. Heidi prides herself on her in-depth knowledge of Concordia’s programs, culture, processes, and systems, allowing her to optimize her team’s effectiveness as representatives on behalf of the university. Heidi has successfully managed an enrollment team of 190 team members across six university partners. Currently, she directs the HotChalk Admissions Operations, Registration, Re-entry, and Phoenix Campus Enrollment Support functions.
Originally from Nebraska, Heidi enjoys watching college football and spends most of her time with her two sons, Saxx and Sevin, and they all love to play with their dogs, Hazel and Mimi. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Briar Cliff University and has since completed two master’s degrees.
