Shelley Gardner is a native of Phoenix, Arizona and has lived there for her entire life. She attended Arizona State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications. While she always pulls for the Sun Devils, she is a die-hard Michigan State Spartan fan…Go Green, Go White! Shelley has worked in higher education for over 15 years. The majority of this time was spent at Grand Canyon University where she served on the University Leadership Team and Academic Leadership Team for just shy of 13 years. Her time with GCU was spent assisting in the growth of the university in several capacities including systems, operations, advising, student services, and registrar functionality. While working at Grand Canyon University, she earned a master’s degree in psychology.
