Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In good companies,People-Product-Price matters- in that order but here, the equation is the opposite.Everything starts and ends at price.There is no sense of appreciation for people who create the product.No confidence is shown on people and as low as 4% is given as increment for a year's hard work.
