Hubbell stock has done extremely well, while employees were required to take a one month furlough during the pandemic. It's been made extremely clear that shareholder value comes before employees. Quite ironic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unfortunately, not much. The customer comes last.

HR is clueless as to a particular job's requirements.

Seasoned professionals who know more than the Middle and Executive Team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quite a few employees have more and better experience than the current Executive Team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
System component prices are set based on individual Product Managers and Executive Management "feelings" rather than market actuals. It's hard to win business when you're the highest guys in the room.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A very small percentage of employees actually have any direct interaction with customers. Executive and Middle Management Staff aren't interested in what the customer wants. They are only now, vaguely aware that customers are upset. Interestingly, it's the customer's fault as we know what's best
