What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Hubbell executive team is Accessabie.
They recognize the need for change and drive towards it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get some knowledge to be effective in their positions
System component prices are set based on individual Product Managers and Executive Management "feelings" rather than market actuals. It's hard to win business when you're the highest guys in the room.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good mix of salary, benefits, equity.
Competitive salary, great benefits, great stock options.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quite a few employees have more and better experience than the current Executive Team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is passionate about serving others and it shows!
Seasoned professionals who know more than the Middle and Executive Team members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. We get along well and work collaboratively towards our goals.
Unfortunately, not much. The customer comes last.

What makes you most happy at work?
I get to helps Customers - internal and external every single day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A very small percentage of employees actually have any direct interaction with customers. Executive and Middle Management Staff aren't interested in what the customer wants. They are only now, vaguely aware that customers are upset. Interestingly, it's the customer's fault as we know what's best
