What's going wrong and how can it be improved?A very small percentage of employees actually have any direct interaction with customers. Executive and Middle Management Staff aren't interested in what the customer wants. They are only now, vaguely aware that customers are upset. Interestingly, it's the customer's fault as we know what's best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Quite a few employees have more and better experience than the current Executive Team.
