Executive Bio
Mr. Mark S. Yacano has been Executive Vice President of Hudson Legal North America at Hudson Global Inc. since April 2010. Mr. Yacano serves as a Shareholder at LeClair Ryan, PC and also serves as a Member of Financial Institutions Restructuring Strategy Team. He leads LeClair Ryan's Discovery Solutions Group. He focuses his practice implementing information management and data management solutions in complex matters. He also serves as E-Discovery Counsel for Several Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. He founded the Discovery Solutions Practice of Wright, Robinson, Osthimer and Tatum in 1999. Mr. Yacano has significant experience in all facets of e-discovery, document and data management for litigation and corporate transactions including document and data retention, collection, analysis, review and production. He also has extensive experience in traditional litigation. During his career, he has represented pharmaceutical companies, automotive manufacturers, chemical and equipment manufacturers and other companies in both stand-alone and complex multi-action litigation. He was head the combined Discovery Solutions team. He was a practicing attorney at Wright Robinson and previously at Calfee, Halter & Griswold, where he defended clients on various corporate matters. He joined Wright Robinson Osthimer & Tatum as Principal. Mr. Yacano began his practice in 1988 and has been with Wright Robinson since 1996. He was Head of the Support and Information Management practice, a niche practice group that specializes in the management of mass document and data collection and electronic document review projects for corporate clients engaged in complex litigation. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute (Product Liability and Technology Committees). Mr. Yacano received his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1988 and B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from LeMoyne College in 1985.
