Patrick Lyons — Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at Hudson Global

Mr. Patrick Lyons has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Hudson Global, Inc. since August 8, 2015. Mr. Lyons serves as Chief Financial Officer of Adecco Employment Services. Mr. Lyons served as Corporate Vice President of Planning at Hudson Global, Inc. (also known as Hudson Highland Group Inc.) until August 8, 2015. As CFO, Mr. Lyons oversees all treasury, accounting, budget, tax and audit activities for Adecco's operations in the United States. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Adecco USA, Inc. Mr. Lyons joined the Adecco Group of companies in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer of Accountants on Call. Before coming to Adecco he held a variety of increasingly responsible finance positions at GD Express Worldwide, TNT and Geller and Company. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Dublin, Ireland. Having served for more than 20 years in professional services financial management and leadership roles, he combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution focus, driving accountability and accuracy in financial reporting, cost control and profitability. Additionally, he has a strong track record of implementing financial systems, managing shared services and leading merger and acquisition integrations. He served for nearly four years as Hudson North America's Chief Financial Officer, where he stabilized the back office operation, remedied cash flow issues and ultimately turned that region into a significant cash generator for it. Prior to Hudson, Mr. Lyons served as Chief Financial Officer for Strategic Legal Resources, a New York-based provider of professional staffing services. Before that, as Chief Financial Officer of Ajilon Staffing, he was tapped to oversee financial operations at parent company Adecco USA, where he managed a $70 million budget and a 300-person staff. While there, he assumed responsibility for client services, IT, tax, treasury and risk management. Earlier, Patrick served nine years with international mail and logistics firm TNT Group. There, he spent four years in Europe before relocating to New York, where he ultimately served as Vice President of Finance & Administration. Mr. Lyons holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from University College Dublin and is a Chartered Accountant.
