What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good teamwork among leads who comminate well with most managers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing as a team and training the employees,we have too many on the management team for our sales to be so low and the employees to have low ambitions due to lack of training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I rather find a job that has a better compensation package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lacking in promotion opportunities. Knowing i had more chances to move up
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very helpful with each other and are very tired of the mess of this company.
We all get along mostly and work hard
Some of the workers are very nice

What did you like most about the interview process?
The telephone interview from late August 2021 was very quick, like 20 minutes. The in-person interview was very good, my former assistant general interviewed me and two others who were supervisors.
I was spoken to without condecension and given good advise

Interacting with customers from all over
