What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a high level of integrity and concern for the quality of our product.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HZ has a great ESOP program that a sizeable portion of the profits are paid into. It exceeds any 401K program I know of.

When things get challenging, everyone pulls together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an open office environment with lots of light. There are team building activities and opportunity to be a volunteer.
