Worked for Concentrix for Humana Pharmacy. The supervisors are very rude. They would see how young I am and try and talk to me however they wanted. My boss was a male and showed favoritism to males. Overall would not recommend

They need to get better at establishing the rules and keeping them consistent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told originally when I got hired the company would start paying $15.00 hrly but when they were suppsed to i recieved notice it would only be $14.50
