What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and keep us informed of allot of things going on with the company which is nice.

They need to get better at establishing the rules and keeping them consistent

Because it is a health company we get added incentives for various health things that we do
Well its just good in general
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told originally when I got hired the company would start paying $15.00 hrly but when they were suppsed to i recieved notice it would only be $14.50
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small team but everyone is very involved and engaged
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being more open to change
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leaders work with us snd do allot of activities to boost morale
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More gender equality. The company has a huge gender bias

It was three of is at a time

The company isn't innovating fast enough and seems blind to the disruption coming from the market.
Management needs to be replaced.
