What do you like best about the leadership team?
When we get very busy, we all come together as a team and get the job done
I'm on it and I have the ability to express my opinion and not be unheard.
Knows to trust the experienced workers.
Room for advancement is done by favoritism
nothing they are extremely disrespectful

Leadership, Scheduling, Organization, Management, Coordination
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid for the mileage of my car
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't receive my credit card tips and my manager leaves alone at the store constantly
We are only paid a small amount of the gas we use during deliveries.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We pull together.. as a team and get everything done.. love my team
Cool people who care about their jobs sometimes

Not really sure how to explain this
My boss is always smiling, I don't ever not see him smile.
The friendly coworkers, definitely not the manager.
Everyone acts and treats each other as adults
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management is really needed to improve the environment

I got the job just by asking if they were hiring
It was quick and efficient.

I don't receive my tips and am given manager responsibilities without being paid properly
