What do you like best about the leadership team?
Diversity at the helm! It's hard to find a Executive Leadership Team who is truly diverse and matches the desired ethos & mission we set out to achieve. Do good one conversation at a time.
The leadership team really values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting together on projects daily
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Could add 401K, and better healthcare
I'm paid fairly relative to the industry and my counterparts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was a bump in the history of Hustle but the ship has been corrected and it's full steam ahead. However, due to that - benefits could be better - specifically: stock, 401k matching, and corporate giving
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always learning. Continuous team spirit
They. Are. Incredibly. Intelligent. I'm humbled every day and I love coming to work as I completely feel that I'm not 'the smartest one in the room' & yet it's not at all intimidating.
The team is extremely engaged and passionate. Everyone brings something unique to the table.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always forward-looking. Team spirit. Positive attitude
Remote policy that does not affect your compensation based on where you live. All employees, regardless of where they reside are paid at "SF Salary" ranges against comparable companies. In other words, my worth isn't based on the city I live in :)
The company is inclusive and brings a level of mindfulness I've never seen before.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to meet the right people. Fast process. Mutual fit
While there were panel interviews, the set up was very accommodating and easy to schedule around my previous employer. Everyone is busy & that fact was not lost on Hustle and the interviewers
